Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policies

These policies apply specifically to reservations made online at the Town Square Inns of Jackson Hole

Online Booking Policies - Booking online requires the 1st night’s room charge 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policies - Cancellations made outside of 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will forfeit entire deposit.

All of our rooms and cabins are non-smoking. We charge a $250 fee for smoking.

The cutest little cabin! My family really enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was very clean. The front desk associates were very nice and attentive. My teenagers enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I appreciated the towels provided by the front desk for our whitewater rafting trip as well. Feel like we won the lottery with this location. We arrived yesterday and the unit was clean and smelled clean. Good job. Perfect location right on the corner and equipped with everything we need. My wife and I stayed here while spending 2 weeks in Yellowstone and Teton National Parks and our 3 nights here was fantastic. Karen at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you luck out and find a real gem. These "cabins" are perfect. Beautifully designed and equipped including the kitchens. Beds so soft and luxurious that I really did not want to wake up.
